Refund Policy

01Credit packs

• Unused packs, within 7 days: if you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Partly used packs, within 7 days: we refund the unused credits in proportion to the price you paid for that pack. For example, if you used 100 of 500 credits, we refund 80% of the pack price.
• After 7 days: credit purchases are non-refundable. Your credits stay in your account and do not expire while your account is active.
• Used credits are not refundable, because the AI research has already been carried out and paid for.
• Free and promotional credits, such as welcome credits, have no cash value and are never refunded.
• Discounted purchases: packs bought with a discount, coupon, festival offer or launch deal are final and non-refundable. This is always stated clearly at the time of sale.
• Payment charges: payment gateway charges (usually 2 to 3% of the amount paid) are deducted from refunds, because payment providers do not return them to us. Refunds of payments made by direct UPI or bank transfer have no deduction.

02When refunds are not given

We do not give refunds when:

• the App was used for illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive activity, or in breach of our Terms of Service;
• the request is made after the time limits in this policy;
• the purchase was made under a discount or promotional offer;
• the credits have already been used.

03Failed AI jobs

If a blueprint or strategist answer fails because of a problem on our side, the App returns the credits to your balance automatically. You can see these refunds in your credit history. You do not need to contact us.

If a blueprint finished but the result is clearly broken or empty, contact us within 7 days with the blueprint ID. We will review it and, where it is fair, add the credits back to your account.

04Results you are unhappy with

AI research is a starting point, not a guaranteed outcome. We cannot refund credits because you disagree with a recommendation, or because a niche or offer did not produce the results you hoped for. You can ask the AI strategist follow-up questions or run a new blueprint with different answers.

05Done-for-you services

Refunds for agency services such as ghostwriting, websites, chatbots, AI apps, AEO funnels and Meta Ads management follow the terms in your proposal or invoice. Unless your proposal says otherwise:

• advance or booking payments are refundable, less any work already done, if you cancel before work starts;
• once work has started, payments for completed stages or delivered work are non-refundable;
• money paid to advertising platforms such as Meta, and third-party costs such as domains, hosting or software subscriptions bought for you, cannot be refunded by us.

06Account closure

If you close your account, unused purchased credits bought in the last 7 days can be refunded as described above. Older unused credits are forfeited when the account is deleted. If we close your account because you broke our Terms of Service, credits are not refunded. If we permanently shut down the App, we will refund unused purchased credits in proportion to what you paid.

07How to ask for a refund

1. Email us or use our contact page within the time limit above.
2. Include your account email, the date and amount paid, the payment reference (UPI or bank reference) and the reason for your request.
3. We will reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds, less any payment gateway charges, are sent to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Any GST shown on your invoice is adjusted in line with GST rules.
